During the school closures brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Lunch On Us stepped in to provide free meals directly to families with school-aged children who could not access designated pick-up sites. Through our efforts, we distributed over 8,500 lunches to families in Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk and Norfolk. Moreover, we extended our support by donating breakfast, dinner, and groceries to families throughout Hampton Roads. It is our hope to bring this program back to aid families during school breaks throughout the year
